The Australian Service Excellence Standards (ASES), is a quality improvement program, that aims to assist non-government organisations to improve their business systems, management practices and program service delivery, to develop their capacity to strive towards continuous improvement in quality service delivery.
ASES Certificate Level
This accreditation level is meeting fundamental business practice and client services, covering all corporate functions and services.
ASES Award Level
The highest accreditation level, aspiring for organisational excellence, requiring the capacity to continually improve and effectively manage change.
1. Register your intent to undertake ASES.
2. Engagement with external assessor.
3. Pre-assessment activities including completion of self-assessment.
4. Desktop review of self assessment.
5. Onsite assessment activities.
6. Draft External Assessment Report.
7. Develop a Quality Action Plan (if required).
8. Review of the Quality Improvement Plan (within six months).
9. Issue of Final Assessment Report and lodgement to SA DHS for accreditation.
